ROASTED BACALHAU IN OLIVE OIL
The traditional Portuguese stockfish, also known as the loyal friend, has also found its way in a roasted form into canned foods. Refined with olive oil and garlic, the slightly salty fish can be served as a starter or as an accompaniment to the main course.
Store in a cool & dry place.
After opening the can, store it in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours and consume within a day.
