MACKEREL FILETS IN OLIVE OIL
The mackerel is a school fish that lives in coastal waters and is especially interesting for fish beginners because of its fillet shape. The relatively firm and light-coloured meat is somewhat reminiscent of tuna and, together with olive oil, is an excellent accompaniment to bread or potatoes.
