WHITE CHOCOLATE BIANCHINO 41% COFFEE & CINNAMON
The cocoa butter, which is naturally obtained from Arriba cocoa from Ecuador, preserves the elegance and sweet aroma of the fine cocoa. When the white chocolate was made with this cocoa butter, it displayed a creamy texture with enchanting flavors that inspired the perfect combination with coffee.
This Brazilian coffee was specially selected and roasted for this recipe by the coffee specialist Diogo Amorim. For the final touch, a pinch of Ceylon cinnamon is added, which ensures an exotic and refreshing taste. Enjoy the combination of this group of three that develops a harmony that gradually reveals the different sensations in aroma, texture and taste.
BIANCHINO was inspired by the founders' dog, a dalmatian with brown spots, with whom the chocolate shares its name, as beautiful and special as this chocolate.
